NO SMOKING - There is to be no smoking, vaping or burning incense in the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere else in the complex (inside or out). There will be a $400 cleaning charge deducted from the security deposit for anyone violating this rule. NO PARTIES - There are to be no parties. To avoid parties the guests' names are to be provided at the time of booking and only these booked guests are allowed on the property, unless a written exception is granted by the host. QUIET TIME - You are required to be quiet and not make excessive noises between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. BUILDING SECURITY - Do not allow anyone you don't know to follow you into the building or parking garage. All strangers must have their own key fob to enter. BE TIDY - Do not litter or create a mess in the lobby, hallways, elevators or other common areas.
