The Stunning Heritage Suite features an open-concept layout, professionally designed to blend functionality with style and comfort while accentuating natural charms, such as the high ceiling and exposed brick. The Suite includes a cushiony queen-size Murphy bed in the main studio space with an additional Queen bed in the upper loft which is accessible by a ladder and a sofa bed perfect for an additional guest. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and other high-quality cooking essentials. Guests seeking a premier location to enjoy all of what Victoria has to offer will find themselves in the heart of it all! Our lovely studio suite is spacious, bright and inviting. We are located in a vibrant and thriving part of the downtown core where lovely shopping boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops will surround you. Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses. Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum. Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite.
